About SVCC

Stokes Valley Cricket Club was established in 1948/49 and plays at Delaney Park in Stokes Valley.

The Stokes Valley Cricket Club has a proud record of achievement, having won back-to-back Hutt Valley Senior Championships, two Pearce Cup titles in 1999/2000 and again in 2000/2001, plus the national club One Day title in 2000. In this time the club had a number of top performing players in their ranks including Gordon Swinney and Grant Donaldson. In addition the club has won the Hutt Valley AJ Cook Shield for aggregate points on five occasions (most recently in 2005/06) and during a brief merger with Upper Hutt the combined 'Upper Valley' team won the Senior Hazlett Trophy in 2006/07.

Stokes Valley currently fields teams in various Cricket Wellington grades including 2-Day, 1-Day, T20 Mens and Womens and Juniors.
